1:1 Private Training

1-on-1 private training gives athletes the opportunity to get the personal attention and instruction to quickly elevate their game. Athletes will work on specific areas of the game they want to develop as well as position specific skills.

 

Semi-Private Groups (2 or more)

Small group training gives athletes the opportunity to work on skills specific to their position while being pushed to get better by their peers.
